1. Who we are

This site, gym.racein8te.com, is operated by IN8TE (“IN8TE”, “we”, “us”), the fitness-racing apparel brand behind racein8te.com. For anything related to your data, contact us at hello@racein8te.com.

2. What we collect

When you request the IN8TE Gym Partner deck, we collect the information you give us:

Your first name, last name, gym name and email address.
Correspondence you send us by email or social media.
Basic technical data generated by visiting the site (IP address, browser type), as recorded by our hosting provider’s standard server logs.

3. How we use it

We use this information to:

Send you the Gym Partner deck and follow-up information about the program.
Set up and run a partnership if your gym joins: codes, commissions, kit and communication connected to the program.
Send you emails about the Gym Partner Program and IN8TE, based on the consent you give when submitting the form. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email.
Improve our program, product and communication.

4. Legal bases

Where EU/UK data protection law applies, we rely on: your consent (marketing emails), performance of a contract (setting up and running a partner agreement) and our legitimate interest in building and promoting the IN8TE brand and partner network.

5. Who we share it with

We do not sell your data. We share it only with the service providers we use to run the program, who process it on our behalf: Klaviyo (email) and our hosting provider. Some of these providers may process data outside the EU/UK under standard contractual safeguards.

6. How long we keep it

If your gym joins the program, we keep your data for as long as the partnership runs and as long afterwards as we need it for legal, tax and accounting purposes. If you only request the deck, we keep your details for up to 24 months so we can follow up, unless you ask us to delete them sooner.

7. Your rights

Under EU/UK law you can ask us for access to, correction of, or deletion of your data, restrict or object to its processing, ask for portability, and withdraw consent at any time (which does not affect processing that already happened). Email hello@racein8te.com and we will respond within the statutory deadline. You can also complain to your local data protection authority.

8. Cookies

This site does not set advertising or analytics cookies. Only technically necessary storage is used to make the site and the form work.

9. Changes

We may update this policy as the program grows. The current version is always at this address, with the date above.
